(CSE: SKUR) (OTCQB: SWISF) (FSE: GDT0) ("Sekur" or the "Company"), a leading Swiss hosted secure and private communications platform, is pleased announce that it has signed an agreement with Zimtu Capital Corp. ("Zimtu") to provide to Sekur specific services from its ZimtuADVANTAGE program (https://www.zimtu.com/zimtu-advantage). The Agreement has been dated August 24th, 2023, and shall be effective for a period of 3 months, ending November 23rd, 2023. In compensation, Sekur has issued 218,750 shares to Zimtu for the duration of the 3-month contract. All shares shall have 12 months holding restriction.
